Knowing your business. Preparation.
We get to know your business, your existing marketing activities, your niche, your audience and your competitors. We identify your objectives, timeframe and budget, and build a growth strategy around these(depending on your objectives, the strategy will take between3 and 12 months to complete).
Plan. Implementation.
Next, we create a plan of intermediate tactical tasks for the first month's sprint. Based on these tasks, we select and configure the tools, solutions and channels we will use to implement the tasks. If any of the selected tactics don't work and the budget is used up, or the task is being implemented slower than planned, we make changes before the end of the sprint.
Analysis. Re-plan.
After a month-longsprint, we summaries and analyze the results, draw conclusions and optimize the campaigns. The information from the previous stage(s) becomes our work plan, which we breakdown into small groups of tasks - sprints with fixed deadlines. When we set new goals, we use tactics and channels to achieve them in a new monthly sprint, and at the end of each sprint we organize small demos where we present the results.
